We serve Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Malibu, and surrounding areas. Travel fees vary by location — many areas are served for free.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and bank transfers. For packages over $1,000, we also offer payment plans through Affirm. Membership plans are billed monthly via credit card.

Remove all personal belongings from the interior, including items in the trunk, center console, and door pockets. If your vehicle has any aftermarket modifications or known issues, please let us know in advance. Beyond that, just bring it as-is — we handle everything else.

For most vehicles, we recommend a maintenance wash every 2 weeks and a full detail every 3-4 months. Vehicles with ceramic coatings need less frequent attention. Our membership plans are designed to keep your vehicle in optimal condition year-round at the ideal intervals.

It depends on the depth. If a scratch has not penetrated through the clear coat, our multi-stage paint correction process can remove or significantly reduce it. Scratches that have gone through to the base coat or primer may require touch-up paint before correction. We provide a free assessment during consultation.
